Full-time: South Africa 43 – 0 Wales
South Africa delivered a dominant display at the Nations Championship, utterly overwhelming Wales in a performance that saw the Springboks run in try after try from the opening moments. Jasper Wiese crossed in the fifth minute to set the tone, and Cobus Reinach added another shortly after as South Africa carved through a Welsh defence that offered little resistance. By half-time, the visitors had established complete control of the contest, with their attack flowing effortlessly and Wales unable to muster any meaningful response or attacking threat.
The second half proved equally one-sided as South Africa continued to pile on the pressure. Jesse Kriel and Jaco Williams extended the lead before the interval, and after the restart, Herschel Jantjies powered over to maintain the relentless onslaught. Kurt-Lee Arendse and Paul de Villiers added further tries as the Springboks' dominance never wavered, with Wales struggling to gain any foothold in the match. A yellow card for Ben Warren provided the only moment of note for the home side, but it could not disguise what was a thoroughly professional performance from South Africa that left Welsh supporters with plenty to ponder.
