Edinburgh Rugby has never won the European Champions Cup, though they reached the final in 2020 where they lost to Exeter Chiefs. The club has competed regularly in Europe's top competition but their best performances came in the early 2000s when they were competitive in the tournament. Their most successful European campaign was winning the Challenge Cup in 2014.
