Scotland's greatest rugby props include Norman Manger, Sandy Carmichael, Ian McLauchlan, and more recently Euan Murray and Al Kellock. These players were distinguished by their dominance in scrummaging, lineout excellence, and consistency at international level during their respective eras. McLauchlan and Carmichael were particularly notable for their performances during Scotland's Grand Slam winning years in the 1980s.
